Class: VULNERABILITY | Family: macos |
The host is installed with Mozilla Firefox before 39.0, Firefox ESR 31.x before 31.8, 38.x before 38.1, Thunderbird before 31.8 or 38.x before 38.1 or Apple Mac OS X or Server 10.10.x through 10.10.3 and is prone to a logjam attack vulnerability. A flaw is present in the applications, which fail to handle a weak key. Successful exploitation could allow man-in-the-middle (MITM) attackers to force a server to downgrade TLS connections to 512-bit export-grade cryptography by modifying client requests to include only export-grade cipher suites.
