The host is installed with Brave Browser 1.17 through 1.26.60 and is prone to an information disclosure vulnerability. A flaw is present in the application, which fails to handle the DNS requests issued by the CNAME adblocking feature. Successful exploitation allows attackers to cause information disclosure when the system DNS settings are used instead of the extension's proxy settings.
