The host is installed with PHP 5.0.x before 8.1.29, 8.2.x before 8.2.20, or 8.3.x before 8.3.8 and is prone to an argument injection vulnerability. A flaw is present in the application, which fails to handle issues in Apache and PHP-CGI modules. Successful exploitation allows an attacker to pass options to PHP binary being run, and thus reveal the source code of scripts, run arbitrary PHP code on the server, etc.
