The systemd-coredump file contains log of core dump to the journal, including a backtrace if possible, and store the core dump (an image of the memory contents of the process) itself in an external file in /var/lib/systemd/coredump. These core dumps are deleted after a few days by default. ProcessSizeMax of the systemd-coredump store maximum size in bytes of a core which will be processed.
Fix:
edit `/etc/systemd/coredump.conf` and add/modify the following lines:
Storage=none
ProcessSizeMax=0
Run the command:
# systemctl daemon-reload
Parameter:
[0/1GB/2GB, External/None/Journal]
Technical Mechanism:
Edit `/etc/systemd/coredump.conf` and add/modify the following lines:
Storage=none
ProcessSizeMax=0
Run the command:
systemctl daemon-reload
