The host is installed with CA Internet Security Suite Plus 2010 through 6.0.0.272 and is prone to an integer overflow vulnerability. A flaw is present in the application which fails to properly handle an issue in KmxSbx.sys. Successful exploitation allows remote attacker to cause a denial of service (pool corruption) and execute arbitrary code via crafted arguments, which triggers a buffer overflow.
