The host is installed with Oracle Database Server 12.1.0.2, 12.2.0.1, 18c or 19c and is prone to a local privilege escalation vulnerability. A flaw is present in the application, which fails to handle the Core RDBMS component issue. Successful exploitation allows an attacker to update, insert or delete access to some of Core RDBMS accessible data and unauthorized ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS) of Core RDBMS.
