An issue was discovered in SolarWinds N-Central 12.3.0.670. The AdvancedScripts HTTP endpoint allows CSRF.

Erlang/OTP 22.3.x before 22.3.4.6 and 23.x before 23.1 allows Directory Traversal. An attacker can send a crafted HTTP request to read arbitrary files, if httpd in the inets application is used.

A flaw was found in Django REST Framework versions before 3.12.0 and before 3.11.2. When using the browseable API viewer, Django REST Framework fails to properly escape certain strings that can come from user input. This allows a user who can control those strings to inject malicious <script> tags, leading to a cross-site-scripting (XSS) vulnerability.

The moodlenetprofile user profile field required extra sanitizing to prevent a stored XSS risk. This affects versions 3.9 to 3.9.1. Fixed in 3.9.2.

A vulnerability was found in Moodle where users with "Log in as" capability in a course context (typically, course managers) may gain access to some site administration capabilities by "logging in as" a System manager. A vulnerability was found in Moodle 3.9 to 3.9.1, 3.8 to 3.8.4 and 3.7 to 3.7.7 where it was possible to include JavaScript in a book's chapter title, which was not escaped on the "Add new chapter" page. This is fixed in 3.9.2, 3.8.5 and 3.7.8.

A flaw was found in RESTEasy client in all versions of RESTEasy up to 4.5.6.Final. It may allow client users to obtain the server's potentially sensitive information when the server got WebApplicationException from the RESTEasy client call.
