NVIDIA GPU Display Driver contains a vulnerability in the kernel mode layer handler where an incorrect detection and recovery from an invalid state produced by specific user actions may lead to denial of service.

Hex package manager version 0.14.0 through 0.18.2 contains a Signing oracle vulnerability in Package registry verification that can result in Package modifications not detected, allowing code execution. This attack appears to be exploitable via victim fetches packages from malicious/compromised mirror. This vulnerability appears to have been fixed in 0.19.

The receive_xattr function in xattrs.c in rsync 3.1.2 and 3.1.3-development does not check for a trailing "\0" character in an xattr name, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (heap-based buffer over-read and application crash) or possibly have unspecified other impact by sending crafted data to the daemon.

LibTIFF version 4.0.7 is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer over-read in tif_lzw.c resulting in DoS or code execution via a crafted bmp image to tools/bmp2tiff.

In LibTIFF 4.0.7, the program processes BMP images without verifying that biWidth and biHeight in the bitmap-information header match the actual input, leading to a heap-based buffer over-read in bmp2tiff.
