The host is installed with Node.js 6.x before 6.14.3, 8.x before 8.11.3, or 9.x before 9.11.2 and is prone to a denial of service vulnerability. A flaw is present in the application which fails to handle an issue when Buffer.fill() or Buffer.alloc() is called with some parameters. Successful exploitation allows an attacker to lead to a hang which could result in a Denial of Service.
