The host is installed with Microsoft Windows Server 2012, Windows 8 or Windows 2012 R2 and is prone to denial of service vulnerability. The flaw is present in the application, which is caused when the Windows kernel-mode driver fails to perform sufficient validation when loading a TrueType font file. Successful exploitation allows local users to cause a denial of service (reboot) via a crafted TrueType font (TTF) file.
