The host is installed with Atlassian Jira Server before 7.13.18, 8.0.0 before 8.5.9 or 8.6.0 before 8.12.2 and is prone to an improper authentication vulnerability. A flaw is present in the application which fails to properly handle an issue in the permissions checks. Successful exploitation could allow remote unauthenticated attackers to enumerate issue keys via a missing permissions check in the ActionsAndOperations resource.
