The host is installed with GlobalProtect Agent 5.1.x before 5.1.10 or 5.2.x before 5.2.9 and is prone to an information exposure vulnerability. A flaw is present in the application, which fails to properly handle the credentials of the local user. On successful exploitation, when Single Sign-On credentials both for the local user account as well as the GlobalProtect login credentials are different, the local account credentials are inadvertently sent to the GlobalProtect portal for authentication.
