The Do not send a Windows error report when a generic driver is installed on a device machine setting should be configured correctly.
This policy setting allows you to specify whether to send a Windows error report when a generic driver is installed on a device. If you enable this policy setting, a Windows error report is not sent when a generic driver is installed. If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, a Windows Error Report is sent when a generic driver is installed.
Fix:
(1) GPO: Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Device Installation\Do not send a Windows error report when a generic driver is installed on a device
(2) KEY: HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\DeviceInstall\Settings\DisableSendGenericDriverNotFoundToWER
