The host is installed with Microsoft Windows Vista SP2, Windows Server 2008 SP2, R2 or R2 SP1, or Windows 7 or SP1 and is prone to an information disclosure vulnerability. A flaw is present in the application, which fails to properly enforce firewall rules for outbound broadcast packets. Successful exploitation could allow attackers to obtain potentially sensitive information by observing broadcast traffic on a local network.
